Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide safety, health, environmental, and quality leadership across the plant.
Direct all plant operations to maximize safety, production, and reliability.
Lead maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement activities.
Develop and mentor supervisors and hourly staff; manage performance and succession.
Collaborate with finance and HR on budgets and workforce planning.
