Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance.
• Manage daily production activities, staffing, and resources to meet safety, quality, throughput, and cost objectives.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards while promoting a strong safety culture.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency, reliability, product quality, and overall performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, engineers, and operations personnel while driving accountability and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, EHS, Supply Chain, and other functions to support plant initiatives and capital projects.
