MPW Industrial Services, Inc. Newark, OH is seeking a Plant Manager to safely lead all aspects of the water regeneration plant while driving improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.

The role oversees daily operations, develops plant personnel, and uses data and technology to improve results while meeting customer expectations. The candidate will manage day-to-day operations, ensure safety training, optimize production, and control costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant managerial experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate employees.
• Strong technical and mechanical skills with hands-on ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work long, non-traditional hours for 24/7 service operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and organize day-to-day plant operations to safely meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain a visible commitment to MPW safety objectives and provide training to strengthen safe performance.
• Increase production, asset capacity, and operating flexibility while controlling costs and maintaining quality.
• Own plant profit-and-loss performance and make operational decisions focused on productivity and cost control.
• Plan and complete improvement projects delivering measurable safety, quality, and efficiency gains.
