Responsibilities

• Oversee all plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, and safety.
• Set production priorities and optimize workforce, machines, and equipment.
• Review reports to identify non-conformities and ensure compliance.
• Lead KPI development and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgeting and financial reporting with senior leadership.
