Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Undergraduate degree in related curriculum preferred.
• 8+ years in manufacturing environment, 2+ years in management.
• Proven track record of improving quality, safety, service and cost.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate plant operations across admin, production, quality, maintenance, warehousing, shipping, purchasing, safety and environmental.
• Establish production priorities to optimize efficiency and cost.
• Analyze reports to identify non-conformities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead KPI development and drive continuous improvement culture.
• Oversee budgets, capital and expense planning; partner with finance for month-end closing.
