Vestis seeks a Plant Operations Manager in California to lead daily production activities, ensure safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness across all processing steps.

You will manage staff, oversee maintenance, wastewater, sorting, finishing, and distribution, and partner with Market Center Management to meet output goals.

Candidates should have 4–6 years in a corporate production setting with proven leadership and a Lean/Six Sigma background, plus strong cross-functional collaboration.

Competenze

4–6 years' experience in a corporate production environment with management.
Proven ability to build effective relationships cross-departmentally.
Experience with Lean/Six Sigma is an asset.
Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

Direct day-to-day production plant operations ensuring safety, efficiency and quality.
Oversee maintenance teams and equipment, energy and wastewater processing.
Monitor production KPIs and adjust staffing and processes.
Ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of products.
