Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field, required. MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation with process discipline and continuous improvement mindset.
• Provide strategic and tactical leadership across production, maintenance, quality, safety, logistics, and planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with business objectives.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to reduce waste and improve plant efficiency.
• Develop performance metrics and dashboards for real-time decision-making.
• Mentor plant leadership teams and drive accountability at all levels.
