Qualifications

• Five or more years leading manufacturing processes including operations excellence, maintenance, reliability and continuous improvement.
• Experience driving talent development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Apply Principled Based Management (PBM) to drive long term value creation and support business objectives.
• Partner with HR, Customer Service, Accounting, and Purchasing.
• Work with plant Commercial Team to meet Customer Expectations and achieve the business plan.
• Operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while prioritizing actions to closure.
• Drive new technologies to upgrade manufacturing processes.
• Develop direct reports into promotable roles.
• Execute multiple high-impact initiatives to achieve overall goals.
• Diagnose errors, prioritize actions, and optimize systems and processes.
