Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of management experience at Department Manager or Assistant Plant Manager level.
• Ability to review performance data and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to prioritize for self and plant teams and lead continuous improvement meetings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Plant Manager with day-to-day operations and planning to meet production goals.
• Lead safety, quality, cost management, and production planning initiatives.
• Oversee HR-related hiring, training, and employee development activities.
• Track KPIs and drive process improvements and cost savings.
