Waupaca Foundry, North America’s leading supplier of iron castings, is seeking an experienced operations leader to assist the Plant Manager with daily manufacturing planning, safety, quality and cost control at our Wisconsin facility.

You will lead production scheduling, oversee staffing, monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring on-time delivery and safe, compliant operations.

Responsabilidades

• Implementation and execution of the Waupaca Way SEPQRC production system to ensure effective utilization of all levels.
• Monitor and support safety policy and procedures to foster a world-class safety culture.
• Monitor and support environmental processes to meet goals for employee welfare and plant performance.
• Assist HR in hiring, training and supervising plant personnel and addressing concerns.
• Monitor and ensure product quality standards through robust quality and production systems.
• Develop and oversee production schedules to meet customer demands and utilization targets.
• Manage operational expenses within budget and identify cost-saving opportunities; oversee plant P&L.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and engineering projects to support continuous improvement and modernization.
• Track KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and implement changes.
