The Senior Project Manager will lead complex cross-functional projects within the PMO, coordinating Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Quality to deliver on cost, quality, and delivery targets. In a fast-paced foundry environment, the role requires independent leadership, risk management, and guidance to other project managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Manufacturing or related field, or 12–15 years of related work experience.
• 10+ years of Project Management or Design Development experience (Automotive/Equipment Manufacturing experience a plus).
• Must have working knowledge of computer & quality related programs and quality trouble shooting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Engineering, Operations, Value-Add Outsourcing, Procurement and Quality.
• Facilitate effective communication and ensure departments are aligned on objectives, timelines and requirements.
• Monitor project milestones and elevate issues or risks to stakeholders.
• Manage customer expectations and inform the team of additional requirements from the customer perspective.
• Track and report progress on programs and initiatives related to the project management process.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure plans are realistic and achievable.
