Job summary

Builders Supply, A CRH company, is seeking a Ready Mix Plant Manager for the Alexandria, LA area to lead both the Natchitoches and Alexandria plants. You will oversee batching, dispatch, safety, maintenance and KPI performance to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

The role requires 3-5 years in ready mix, strong leadership, good communication, and ability to work across teams in a fast-paced concrete environment. CRH offers competitive pay, benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience with Ready Mix Concrete is required.
• Must be able to communicate efficiently and effectively with customers and all company personnel.
• Must have extensive knowledge of the surrounding area.
• Must have extensive knowledge of company products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, training, supervision and support to the concrete delivery professionals, batch concrete and maintain the plants.
• Develop teamwork and foster team spirit within the Ready Mix production and delivery departments.
• Oversee the Natchitoches plant and the Alexandria plant.
• Ensure Health & Safety standards are met by complying with legislation, company policies and promoting a safe work environment.
• Evaluate, oversee, and manage all aspects of Dispatch Operations.
• Review time cards, act on, and where appropriate, approve payroll claims.
