Job summary

Builders Supply, A CRH company, in Louisiana, seeks a Plant Manager to lead ReadyMix production and delivery across the Natchitoches and Alexandria plants. You will direct batching, safety, maintenance, and staff development to achieve on-time delivery and zero lost loads.

Responsibilities include supervising drivers and yard staff, enforcing safety programs, coordinating materials and equipment, and maintaining KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Ready Mix concrete experience.
• Excellent communication with customers and staff.
• Ability to read maps and perform basic math for billing and volumes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispatch operations and plant performance.
• Lead safety and 5S initiatives and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Supervise drivers and yard staff, ensuring professional conduct.
• Coordinate batching, scheduling, and maintenance across plants.
• Maintain KPI tracking and reporting for plant performance.
