Job summary

Builders Supply, A CRH company, is seeking a Ready Mix Plant Manager to lead the Alexandria and Natchitoches operations in Louisiana. You will supervise batching, delivery, safety, and maintenance, driving on-time service and customer satisfaction.

Develop the team, enforce 5S and quality controls, and coordinate with dispatch and sales to optimize plant profitability. Prior experience in Ready Mix and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Ready Mix concrete experience.
• Excellent communication with customers and staff.
• Strong knowledge of the Louisiana area.
• Ability to supervise and develop staff.
• Must read, write and speak English and read maps.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs and daily Take 5 meetings.
• Oversee dispatch operations and payroll where applicable.
• Manage plant personnel and driver yard staff.
• Ensure on-time delivery and optimize plant uptime.
• Batch ReadyMix per designs and maintain inventory.
