Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health Sciences or equivalent.
• Experience with MSHA and OSHA regulations is required (minimum 3 years).
• Advanced computer skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Oversees production team activities and plant operation.
• Promotes Safety and Environmental standards in the Operations environment.
• Maintains operating guidelines and instructions for plant facilities.
• Supports planning and budgeting for annual operations and forecasts.
• Coordinates with Production Manager during new facilities design and start-up.
• Assists with preventive maintenance planning for facility equipment.
• Produces weekly and monthly activity reports.
• Maintains confidentiality and professional relationships with stakeholders.
