Job summary

Iron Oak Energy Solutions in Texas seeks an experienced Production Manager to lead Bigfoot plant operations, directing production, maintenance, quality control and loadout to meet safety and efficiency goals.

You will manage a team, drive continuous improvement, coordinate with Senior Plant Manager, and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards while optimizing cost and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (engineering-related field) or equivalent combination of degree and 7+ years operational experience.
• Experience with mining operations is required.
• Knowledge of asset utilization practices and field-application techniques.
• Understanding of process optimization, control systems, and data analytics.
• Ability to manage procedures, policies and reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Direct Bigfoot plant operations including production, maintenance, quality control and loadout.
• Advise Senior Plant Manager on safety, scheduling and efficiency concerns.
• Schedule and oversee all operations staff to maximize safety and efficiency.
• Identify production and process problems and recommend improvements.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and standardization efforts.
• Identify throughput bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
• Ensure information flow to other departments and leadership.
• Support safety, health and housekeeping programs per policy.
• Support staffing with HR for recruitment and development.
• Coordinate with outside contractors when appropriate.
• Perform other duties as required.
