Job summary

You will operate equipment such as compressors, dehydrators, separators, and valves, adjust controls, inspect for faults, respond to emergencies, and support safe, compliant operations on rotating day/night shifts,

Qualifications

• Interpersonal communication skills to interface with teams, personnel, and vendors.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma required; vocational training in oil & gas is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operating natural gas plant and pipeline equipment including treating plants, compressors, dehydrators, separators, valves, and gas measurement equipment.
• Adjust controls and conditions to optimize production, product quality, and reliability.
• Visually inspect equipment and controls to detect malfunctions or need for repair, lubrication, or adjustment.
• Troubleshoot processes, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues; implement corrective actions.
• Monitor plant and pipeline operations and respond to emergencies or upsets.
• Follow safe work practices; participate in safety culture to protect employees, public, and environment.
