Job summary

Recycling Management Resources, LLC seeks a Full Time Laborer at our Cherokee, AL plant. The role supports safe, efficient plant operations and floor production. Shift: Monday–Friday with longer hours as needed; First Shift 7:00 am to 3:45 pm.

Responsibilities include manual material separation, removing non-compliant materials, storage of incoming materials, housekeeping, and reporting equipment issues. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 0–2 years in an industrial setting,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience working in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Performing manual material separation for processing.
• Removing non-compliant materials during the sorting process.
• Handling and storage of incoming materials in the appropriate area of the plant.
• General plant housekeeping.
• Reporting equipment issues to supervisor/maintenance staff.
