Job summary

Recycling Management Resources, LLC is seeking a Full Time Laborer for our Cherokee, AL plant. The Laborer will support plant operations safely and efficiently while maintaining the production floor and adhering to OSHA policies.

Shift is Monday–Friday with extended hours as needed; first shift 7:00 am to 3:45 pm. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401K match along with PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience working in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Performing manual material separation for processing.
• Removing non‑compliant materials during the sorting process.
• Handling and storage of incoming materials in the appropriate area of the plant.
• General plant housekeeping.
• Reporting equipment issues to supervisor/maintenance staff.
