Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Manages maintenance staff; schedules, reviews, and enforces policies.
• Coordinates with Administrator to ensure equipment, laundry and housekeeping functions.
• Leads inspections and safety tours of the facility.
• Oversees indoor/outdoor maintenance and contracts within budget.
• Maintains inventories and processes capital expense requests.
• Maintains and repairs life-safety systems and documentation.
