Job summary

Meyer Utility Structures, a subsidiary of Arcosa, Inc., seeks a Plant Administrative Assistant at our Tulsa, OK facility to provide administrative support across plant departments, including operations, human resources and quality control.

You will coordinate information with internal teams, third parties, vendors and customers, prepare reports for HR and operations, and assist with payroll duties and postings as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with up to 3 years of related work experience.
• Requires basic knowledge of systems and procedures gained through prior work experience or education.
• Advanced MS Office skills, including excellent Excel.
• Detail orientation with a high level of organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general administrative duties across plant departments such as accounting, operations, HR and quality control.
• Execute and report on research and data analysis projects as needed.
• Coordinate information with team members and external parties as appropriate.
• Coordinate payroll duties, prepare and maintain HR/operations/quality reports.
• Assist with creating announcements and postings and handling other admin tasks.
