Job summary

Meyer Utility Structures is hiring a Plant Administrative Assistant at our Tulsa, OK plant. The role provides comprehensive administrative support across operations, human resources and quality control, coordinating information with internal teams, third parties, vendors and customers.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent with up to 3 years of related experience and strong MS Office/Excel skills, plus excellent written and verbal communication and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with up to 3 years of related work experience.
• Requires basic job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, including excellent skills in Excel.
• Detail orientation with a high level of organization.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Perform general administrative duties and support for plant departments such as accounting, operations, human resources, and quality control, etc.
• Execute and report on research and data analysis projects as needed
• Work independently and in a group setting when appropriate to determine best approach to assignments and processes
• Coordinate information and activities with other team members
• May coordinate or exchange information with third parties, vendors, or customers
• Prepare and maintain various reports for HR, operations, quality, assist with payroll duties, scan documents, create announcements and postings
• Other job duties as assigned

In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across plant departments, including operations, human resources and quality control.
