Job summary

Meyer Utility Structures, a subsidiary of Arcosa, Inc., is seeking a Manager of Operations to oversee the Tulsa, OK plant's manufacturing processes, equipment purchases, maintenance, and layout. The role will partner with the Plant Manager to drive performance goals and implement lean improvements that boost output and efficiency.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, analyze operations data, and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial management, business or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in a related role.
• Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles including finance, customer service, production, employee management, value‑stream management and human resources.
• Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with plant manager in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans.
• Serve as the Lean Champion for the plant, driving high standards for quality by leading training and continuous improvement techniques.
• Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental plant collaboration.
• Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity.
• Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.
