Foremost Farms USA Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a Plant Operations Associate to support the manufacturing facility across production, quality, safety, and HR. You will handle daily transactional duties, onboarding, timekeeping, safety training, and document control while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

The role also covers safety program coordination, scheduling support, KPI board maintenance, and back-up for other administrative roles in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience.
• Preferred: Associate degree in business or related field and 3–5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate human resources and safety administrative tasks, maintaining confidentiality.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Assist with pre-employment screening and job changes paperwork.
• Maintain safety supplies inventory and track safety training compliance.
• Support production and KPI/Scoreboard updates and back up other administrative roles.
