The role demands a strong background in manufacturing accounting, cost systems, and internal controls, plus 1+ year of management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years accounting experience in manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years cost accounting and 1+ year supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high performing operations accounting team.
• Own month end close for plant operations with journals and reconciliations.
• Analyze overhead, manufacturing, and inventory variances; report variances.
• Partner with plant personnel on costing, closures, and inventory.
• Support internal controls and SOX, drive process improvements.
• Coordinate with auditors and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintain SOPs across multiple sites.
