Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in engineering or related area.
• ASQ Green Belt Certification Required.

• Champion the Ops Excellence Culture and program for your plant.
• Lead efforts in improving cost and quality initiatives.
• Maintain cross functional working relationships with Quality, Safety, Operations.
