Elemental Enzymes is seeking a Regulatory Specialist in St. Louis to support Regulatory Science and Regulatory Affairs for our biopesticides, biostimulants, and biofertilizers.

This role blends scientific inquiry with regulatory tasks and project execution in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate GLP and non-GLP studies, manage data for regulatory submissions, review labels and technical docs for compliance, and draft routine correspondence with agencies and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Agriculture, or related scientific discipline.
• 3-7 years of experience in agriculture or biotechnology with exposure to regulatory affairs, lab operations, or product support preferred.
• Ability to learn/apply new scientific, technical, and regulatory concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate GLP and non-GLP studies with external labs and evaluate reports.
• Maintain scientific data, study records, and supporting documentation for regulatory submissions.
• Assess product and study data to support regulatory decision-making.
