Job Description

Core Linen Services is a leader in hospital and hospitality laundry processing services across the country. Our focus is on service, quality, and safety, enabling our clients to provide essential services to their patients and guests. The company operates in over 20 states and is a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, based in Miami, FL.

Shift Hours: 6pm-2:30am

Summary:

Ensure customer deliveries are made accurately and on time. Perform job duties safely and courteously while maintaining a clean driving record. Adhere to all company and DOT requirements, including daily documentation.

• Follow all policies outlined in the employee handbook.
• Wear uniform and maintain a professional appearance daily.
• Adhere to attendance policies.
• Keep company equipment organized and in good condition.
• Report mechanical issues promptly.
• Follow all safety procedures and universal precautions.
• Maintain proper DOT documentation and certification.
• Report customer service issues as needed.

Qualifications:

Must be able to work second shift (6:00 PM - 2:30 AM), including weekends and holidays. Maintain a clean driving record, possess a valid driver’s license, pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background checks. Ability to lift 50 lbs and push/pull a 700 lbs cart.

• Load and unload linen carts, tagging each appropriately.
• Complete all required paperwork daily.
• Weigh soil and deliver to the soil room, maintaining proper documentation.
• Disinfect vehicles after soil pickups.
• Maintain the cleanliness of company vehicles.
• Present a neat and professional appearance.
• Submit daily Pre-Trip Vehicle Inspection Reports.
• Perform timely and accurate customer deliveries.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
