Job Description

Core Linen Services is a leader in hospital and hospitality laundry processing services across the country. Our focus is on service, quality, and safety, enabling our clients to provide essential services to their patients and guests. The company operates in over 20 states and is part of H.I.G. Capital, based in Miami, FL.

Shift Hours: 6pm-2:30am

Summary

Ensure customer deliveries are made accurately, timely, and within set time parameters. Perform duties safely and courteously while maintaining a clean driving record. Comply with all company and DOT requirements, including daily documentation.

• Follow all policies outlined in the employee handbook.
• Wear uniform and maintain a professional appearance daily.
• Adhere to attendance policies.
• Keep company equipment organized and in good condition.
• Report mechanical issues promptly.
• Follow all safety procedures and universal precautions.
• Maintain proper DOT documentation and certification.
• Report customer service issues as needed.

Qualifications

Must be able to work second shift from 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM, including weekends and holidays. Maintain a clean driving record, possess a valid driver’s license, pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background checks. Able to lift 50 lbs and push/pull a 700 lbs cart.

• Load and unload linen carts, tagging each accordingly.
• Complete and submit all required paperwork daily.
• Weigh soil and deliver to the soil room, ensuring correct customer tagging.
• Disinfect vehicles after soil pickups.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the company vehicle.
• Present a neat and professional appearance.
• Submit daily Pre-Trip Vehicle Inspection Reports.
• Perform customer deliveries accurately and on time.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
