Qualifications

• Lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily tasks.
• Mechanical aptitude with welding and basic electrical skills.
• Experience operating heavy equipment and crusher plant.
• Knowledge of crushing, screening, belts, and conveyors.
• Understanding materials and specification requirements.
• Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, climb or crawl around equipment.
• Ability to manipulate components in hard-to-reach places.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• CDL Class A with Air Brakes or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile equipment such as excavator, loader, skidsteer.
• Feed portable plant with raw materials.
• Stockpile materials around the plant area.
• Regulate flow, quality, and size of materials via conveyors, crushers, screens.
• Inspect and dismantle machines to locate malfunctions and fix.
• Keep work area clean and tidy; maintain daily production reports.
• Repair and replace defective parts; weld and fabricate equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and plant.
• Take on other duties as assigned by supervisor.

The Edw. C. Levy Group of Companies is looking for a Plant Millwright for our processing plant located in Osceola, AR. The Plant Millwright will process raw material through a processing plant. Responsible for plant production tracking, plant maintenance, and housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile equipment (including but not limited to excavator, loader, skidsteer, etc.)
• Feed portable plant with raw materials
• Stockpile materials around plant area
• Use machinery to regulate flow, quality, and size of materials to and from conveyors, crushers, and screens
• Inspect and dismantle machines and equipment to locate the causes of malfunctions and to correct the problem
• Keep the work area clean and tidy
• Maintain daily production reports
• Repair and replace defective partsWeld and fabricate various equipment and parts
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and plant
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
