Lowe's in Cranston, RI is seeking a team member to deliver SMART customer service while supporting merchandise resets and planogram compliance. You will engage customers, locate and demonstrate merchandise, and assist with loading items as needed, while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities emphasize collaboration with Merchandising Service and store teams, accurately communicating priorities, stocking, signage, and responding to customer needs with courtesy and product knowledge.

Formación

• 6 months live nursery or general merchandising experience.
• 6 months Lowe’s sales floor experience (preferred).
• 3 months operating power equipment such as lifts and order pickers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Build relationships with vendors to ensure merchandise resets meet Lowe’s specs.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Service and Manager on priorities, schedule, and needs.
• Engage with customers when possible to assist in locating, demonstrating, and loading merchandise.
• Communicate product information, stock, and warranty details to customers.
• Maintain displays, signage, planograms, and cross-merchandised items.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and proper use of power equipment as required.
