Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is hiring a Plant Mechanic to support the Ready Mix division. You will maintain and repair plant equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor, and mechanical systems, ensuring safe and reliable operations and minimizing downtime.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and coordinating with operations to prioritize repairs while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in maintenance of heavy industrial equipment.
• Ability to diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor and mechanical issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on ready mix plant equipment.
• Maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems, conveyors, and mechanical parts.
• Read manuals and schematics to guide repairs and replacements.
• Coordinate with operations to minimize downtime and keep production on schedule.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and safety compliance.
