Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in heavy industrial environments.
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and equipment drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on ready mix concrete plant equipment.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems, pumps, and compressors.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA regulations.

Skills

Mechanical aptitude
