The Legacy Realty LLC is hiring for maintenance roles focusing on mechanical systems around HVAC. You'll oversee the operation of chillers and boilers, ensuring all machinery runs smoothly and safely on the Round Rock campus.
This role requires intermediate mechanical knowledge and a valid Texas Driver's License. Responsibilities include conducting water analysis tests and maintaining equipment compliance with safety protocols.
Services all equipment associated with the production and/or distribution of hot water and chilled water, as well as the maintenance and operation of the emergency generators on the Round Rock campus.
