Job summary

Canadian Executive Search Group is seeking Skilled Laborers to join the LH battery Plant in Jeffersonville, OH. The role focuses on keeping materials organized, labeled, and accessible while supporting daily production and maintenance needs.

Candidates should have 1+ year of maintenance experience, hold a valid driver's license, and pass background, drug, and safety tests. This on-site position requires dependable, hardworking individuals for hands-on work in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass pre-screening background check and drug test.
• Must be able to complete and pass required safety testing.

Responsibilities

• Organize and standardize materials and inventory.
• Label materials accurately according to company procedures.
• Maintain an organized work environment.
• Perform light cleaning and housekeeping duties as needed.
• Support overall workplace organization and efficiency.
• Receive, sort, and organize materials and supplies.
• Inspect materials for accuracy, damage, or quality issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory and material records.
• Move materials throughout the facility as needed.
• Load and unload materials safely.
• Stock and replenish materials in designated areas.
• Follow proper procedures for storing and handling materials.
• Use basic hand tools and equipment as required.
• Assist with general maintenance and facility upkeep.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate material shortages or issues to supervisors.
• Assist team members with daily production and operational needs.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
