Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related manufacturing or production experience.
• Basic technical and mechanical skills; troubleshooting skills are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Physical ability to stand for long shifts, walk in a warehouse, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Punctuality and flexibility to work overtime or different shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor various production equipment to ensure seamless manufacturing processes.
• Transport, load, and manage materials across departments from Materials Management to Module Manufacturing.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment and ensuring efficient production workflows.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
