Job summary

Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is hiring Process Cleaners and Janitorial staff for LH Battery in Jeffersonville, Ohio. We offer 1st, 2nd, and Weekend shifts with hourly pay from $17 to $19.

Responsibilities include cleaning, monitoring, inventory management, waste removal, and maintaining dust-free conditions in active construction areas. Safety protocols and PPE are mandatory on site.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of industrial cleaning experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass pre-screening background check and drug test.
• Must complete and pass required safety testing.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms and general areas, including floors, beams, pipes, ceilings and walls.
• Sweep, remove waste and debris, ensure areas are free of dirt and dust.
• Monitor and replace construction filters as needed; daily checks.
• Clean exterior process equipment and wipe down exterior surfaces (excluding control panels).
• Assist with inventory management and report violations and safety concerns.

Shifts:

1st Shift : 6:30am – 3pm Monday – Friday or 6am – 2:30pm Monday – Friday $19 an hour

2nd Shift : 2pm – 10:30pm Monday – Friday $17 an hour

Weekend Shift : (Full time) 6:30am- 3pm Saturday – Wednesday $19 an hour

Pay Rate:

• $$17-19 /HR

Job Duties:

Safety is Non-Negotiable
Safety is our top priority. All team members must adhere to all safety protocols without exception.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
The following PPE must be worn at all times prior to entering through the turnstiles:

Gloves

Six-inch safety boots

Safety glasses

Safety vest

Physical Demands
This role requires a significant amount of walking daily, due to the size and nature of the site.

Active Construction Site
Please be aware that you will be working in an active construction environment. Situational awareness and adherence to all site protocols are essential.

Job Responsibilities
Once trained, team members may be assigned to any of the following tasks, as needed:

CRDR (Clean Room Dry Room)

Cleaning

Monitoring

Inventory management

Violation reporting

Floors

Sweeping to ensure areas are free of dirt, dust, and debris

Waste and debris removal

Trash collection and disposal

Responding to additional LH Battery requests

Beams, Pipes, Ceilings, and Walls

Wipe clean and maintain dust-free conditions

Ducts and Filters

Monitor and replace construction filters as needed (daily checks)

Exterior Process Equipment

Clean and wipe down exterior surfaces (excluding control panels)

• Attendance – Attendance is the most critical factor in determining eligibility for full-time status. Punctuality and reliability are essential for continued employment.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of industrial cleaning experience preferred;
