You will work with the Account Manager, vendors, growers and transport partners to ensure quotes, orders and deliveries are accurate and on schedule.

This full-time, on-site role blends horticultural knowledge with strong organization and communication as you manage quotes, POs, vendor quotes, lead times, and freight coordination, including

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of experience working with plant material in a nursery, grower, landscape, or similar setting.
• Strong attention to detail for pricing, quantities, specifications and deadlines.
• Clear, professional communication with vendors, drivers, project managers and clients.

• Respond promptly to calls and customer emails with professional, accurate information.
• Collect project details, prepare quotes and convert them to sales orders.
