Thalle Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Plant Manager for Soil Cement/RCC Plants to support the CEPP Everglades Agricultural Area project in Palm Beach County, Florida.

You will oversee operation, production, maintenance and performance of soil cement and RCC plants, ensuring safety, efficiency and adherence to production, quality, and environmental requirements. You will collaborate with project management, field operations, QA/QC, and subcontractors to coordinate material production,

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, materials production, concrete production, soil cement, RCC, or related field.
• Strong understanding of soil cement and/or RCC production, batching, mixing, material handling, and placement operations.
• Experience supervising plant personnel and production teams is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand project plans, specifications, and mix designs.

• Manage day-to-day operation of soil cement and RCC production plants for a large-scale project.
• Oversee plant production to meet quantities, production rates, and material specs.
• Coordinate plant operations with field crews responsible for placement and compaction.
• Monitor schedules and adjust operations to meet project demands.
• Supervise plant personnel and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Ensure raw materials quality and availability; monitor cement, aggregates, soil, and water.
• Work with QC/lab to meet mix designs and testing requirements.
• Review production reports, plant data, and daily records; troubleshoot issues.
