Job summary

Thalle Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Plant Manager for Soil Cement/RCC Plants to lead production, maintenance, and operation of soil cement and RCC plants supporting a major heavy civil infrastructure project in Palm Beach County, Florida.

You will coordinate with project management, field operations, and quality control to ensure safe, efficient production meeting schedules and specifications. The role requires extensive plant supervision, strong leadership, and deep understanding of

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, materials production, concrete production, soil cement, RCC, or related field.
• Strong understanding of soil cement and/or RCC production, batching, mixing, material handling, and placement operations.
• Experience supervising plant personnel, operators, mechanics, and production teams.
• Ability to read and understand project plans, specifications, mix designs, and production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of soil cement and/or RCC production plants.
• Oversee plant production to ensure quantities, production rates, and material specs are met.
• Coordinate plant operations with field crews for material placement and completion.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust plant operations to meet project demands.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Track production costs and plant performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate plant records and documentation for the project.
