The candidate will lead six direct reports, own manufacturing deliverables and budget, and drive strategic business planning with measurable outcomes, Lean and CI emphasis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of Production/Operations leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong background in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement with solid problem solving.
• Metals manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of six direct reports in a continuous manufacturing environment.
• Own manufacturing deliverables and budget, driving cost and efficiency.
• Establish Production KPIs and deliverables; monitor and report.
• Direct the use of problem solving methods for plant and customer issues.
• Lead department process improvements and corrective actions.
• Contribute to the department's strategic business plan and track key metrics.
