Qualifications

• Proven leadership in manufacturing operations management.
• 4-year college degree desired or a combination of equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of metal processing and fabrication processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop direct reports in a manufacturing setting.
• Champion financial responsibility and analyze financial statements.
• Develop annual operating plans and financial reports.

Skills

Leadership in manufacturing operations management

Bilingual English – Spanish

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Experience using ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Education

4 year college degree or equivalent experience

Lean Six Sigma Certification

Tools

Metal processing knowledge
