Job summary

LFG Manufacturing is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee the switchboard, panelboard, and integrated products manufacturing operations. This senior leader will own safety, quality, delivery, production, and process engineering, translating strategic goals into daily execution while sustaining growth and customer commitments.

You will lead daily operations across all product lines, drive continuous improvement, manage the operating budget, and develop plant talent while ensuring OSHA, NFPA 70E, UL

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily plant operations across production, quality, process and maintenance.
• Own plant performance metrics: safety, quality, delivery, labor efficiency, throughput.
• Allocate resources to meet schedules and customer commitments; resolve bottlenecks.
• Drive safety and quality programs per OSHA, NFPA 70E, UL standards; manage investigations and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Sales, Project Management, Finance, and COO on capacity and growth.
• Drive continuous improvement and manage operating budget using 5S, OEE, cost-control.
• Develop plant personnel and oversee asset performance, maintenance, and readiness for audits.
