  • Develop plant personnel while overseeing facility and asset performance, including equipment uptime, preventive maintenance, infrastructure, permits, certifications, and readiness for UL and third‑party audits.
What we are looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated manufacturing leadership experience.
  • 10+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience, including at least five years as a Plant Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager in a manufacturing facility.
  • Demonstrated direct accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, labor efficiency, throughput, and people metrics.
  • Experience leading multiple plant‑wide functions, including production, quality, process engineering, planning, maintenance, supply chain, and EHS.
  • Proven success scaling manufacturing operations through headcount growth, additional shifts, new equipment, capacity expansion, and new product‑line launches.

  • Working knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E, UL listing requirements, UL audit processes, quality standards, and third‑party inspection programs.
  • Experience using ERP systems for production execution, work‑order management, planning, and manufacturing analytics. Oracle Fusion is preferred; SAP, Infor, or a comparable ERP is also valued.
