Job summary

Sika is seeking a Plant Manager for the Versailles facility to lead safe, efficient operations and continuous improvement. You will shape a high-performing organization, drive Lean initiatives, and ensure quality, service, and productivity while managing costs and capital projects.

The role requires 10+ years of manufacturing leadership, strong collaboration across functions, and a commitment to environmental responsibility in a complex production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business or related field; MBA desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead safe, efficient manufacturing operations while improving quality and cost.
• Strong knowledge of lean, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, efficient, compliant, and environmentally responsible operation of Versailles facility.
• Drive safety culture, manufacturing execution, and continuous improvement.
• Build high-performing teams across production, maintenance, engineering, quality, materials, and logistics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for reliable operations and capital projects.
• Manage operating expenses and develop the organization for future capability.
