Qualifications

• Ten+ years in manufacturing, with 5+ years in plant leadership.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and strong safety background.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Drives safe, compliant daily plant operations to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Manages budgets (OPEX/CAPEX), staffing, and capital projects.
• Leads maintenance programs and reduces production interruptions.
• Coordinates with internal functions and suppliers to optimize resources.
• Reviews reports and drives continuous improvement in productivity and cost.
• Oversees recruiting, coaching, and performance evaluations.
