You will drive environmental, health and safety programs, manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets, develop staff, and apply Lean improvement methods to maximize uptime, efficiency, and product quality across the plant.

Qualificações

• Ten+ years in manufacturing industry.
• Five+ years in plant leadership (Plant Manager/Production Manager).
• Experience in wood products manufacturing or similar industrial environment preferred.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.

Responsabilidades

• Drives a positive safety culture and ensures training compliance.
• Manages daily plant operations to meet production schedules on time and within quality standards.
• Develops and maintains manufacturing budgets (OPEX and CAPEX) and cost controls.
• Provides leadership for staffing, coaching, and performance evaluations of exempt/non-exempt staff.
• Implements process improvements to increase productivity, reduce downtime, and improve quality.
