Job summary

CMC is seeking an experienced manufacturing/plant manager to optimize equipment performance, lead production teams, and sustain safe, efficient operations.

You will collaborate with engineering and maintenance, develop budgets, monitor costs, and ensure quality standards while advancing your career within a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in plant or manufacturing management
• Experience leading production teams and achieving cost savings
• Strong understanding of safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Proven track record of delivering quality production results

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance and uptime.
• Develop and monitor budgets, controlling expenses and driving cost reductions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain quality control standards to guarantee product excellence.
• Manage and lead production teams to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Oversee daily production operations ensuring efficient and safe manufacturing processes.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in plant or manufacturing management
• Ability to perform standard mathematic skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing in a production environment
• 5+ years of experience in precast concrete production

Your Education

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree inConstruction Management, Business Administration, or related field, preferred
