Job summary

A plastics packaging manufacturer is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to own the plant's operations—from production and maintenance to safety, quality, and cost.

The ideal leader will drive Lean manufacturing, develop the operations and maintenance teams, manage KPIs, and ensure SQF/FDA compliance while improving output and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience as Plant Manager or senior operations leader in high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong background with injection molding and/or PET blow molding.
• Hands-on leadership style with ability to connect with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own safety, quality, production, maintenance, cost, and overall plant performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Successful Plant Manager or senior operations leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Strong experience with injection molding and/or PET blow molding
• A hands-on leadership style- comfortable on the plant floor and able to connect with people at every level
• Demonstrated success improving plant performance and developing teams
• Strong operational and financial acumen
• Food, beverage, packaging, or another regulated manufacturing environment is highly relevant
