Princeton Search Partners seeks a Plant Manager for a leading U.S. CPG manufacturer in the Atlanta area. The role will oversee all plant floor manufacturing operations, drive performance improvements, and build an engaged, accountable team focused on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on leadership, a proven ability to develop leaders, and a track record of improving yield, costs, and customer service in a high-speed food or beverage environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in high-speed manufacturing
• Food or beverage manufacturing experience is a MUST
• Proven track record of turning around plant performance
• Strong coaching and delegation skills
• Collaborative, approachable leadership style with the confidence to address difficult issues
• Sound judgment, adaptability, and a proactive approach to solving problems
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
